Past Work and Inspiration 

I went into this project inspired by many incredible artists. Many of these artists worked with multi-media which I found interesting. I was intrigued by the significance of melding two different materials together. I was also interested in anatomy and how just like spirits, love, ghosts, voices, we can't see our bones or blood vessels every day. I thought a lot about how much visibility plays a role in what we pay attention to in our everyday lives.

My recent work is very connected to the work I did on my final project. I have been experimenting with mixing media and having the significance of the different materials be central to the concept. I continued working on this in my final project.
